Betty L. Gardner, CEO
Betty is a proven leader in the field of education. Betty has been an educator, training director and served at a major university in preparation of forming ProTrain. Under her inspired leadership and undeniable technical expertise, ProTrain is dedicated to quality educational services at an affordable cost. She has positioned the ProTrain business platform to provide world-class training in the classroom or online.
With her previous role at a major university and background in the training and development arena, Ms. Gardner brings a special blend of skill sets that merge training, business and coaching together. Since 1985, she has been actively engaged in programming, curriculum development, training and management with responsibility for the professional development and career growth of thousands of individuals. In 2004, Betty started ProTrain, LLC to expand on her desire to aid those who desired to better themselves either in their current role or to change career paths to achieve their goals to success. | |

Eddie Gardner, CFO
Eddie Gardner is a graduate of NC State University and the CFO of ProTrain. Eddie worked in Logistics at NC State for over 30 years where he was responsible for managing the athletics program focusing mainly with the football program. Eddie was responsible for the scheduling, travel, and budget within the athletics program, which made his transition to CFO of ProTrain seamless.
Eddie has a great deal of experience with QuickBooks, invoicing, billing and payroll. He is always available to answer payroll, invoicing and commission report questions. | |

Mike G. Morrow, Director of Sales
Mike Morrow leads the ProTrain team of Training Assessment Managers. Mike is a distinguished leader, manager and operations director with over 28 years of experience in the logistics, human resources, and training and installation management fields. Mike has recently served as the Chair of the Central Virginia Area CFC, a Board Member of the Virginia Military Advisory Council and a Campaign Cabinet Member with the United Way of Greater Richmond and Petersburg.

Erin Fouse, Registrar
Operations Manager and Registrar, Erin Fouse has been working with ProTrain, LLC for almost two years. Erin Fouse spent 14 years in the public education arena teaching various subjects and grade levels. Erin was also a state certified mentor for beginning teachers, grade level chair, and head of the Climate and Safety committee. Erin's love of education and personal successes in the Online Education environment makes her an asset to ProTrain's students and partners.

Chelsea Tavarez, MIS Manager
As the MIS Manager, Chelsea Tavarez maintains ProTrain's information systems, evaluates and anticipates company IT needs, and assists students experiencing technical difficulties. Chelsea's career experience includes IT, marketing, customer service, and public relations, for which she earned her BA in Mass Communications.
For over ten years, Chelsea has acquired the skills and tools to diagnose and repair issues across multiple platforms, operating systems, and programs, both Windows and Mac based. By staying abreast of new technology, paying attention to detail, and exercising strong communication skills, Chelsea provides ProTrain with information systems that will streamline productivity, grow with the company, and provide the best overall student experience.

Mitzi C. Graham, Senior Training Assessment Manager has worked with Protrain since February 2010. Mitzi has spent a great deal of time working with schools, cultivating relationships with our partners. Mitzi has gained expertise and knowledge about our course offerings, the processes and procedures needed to enroll students in courses that are right for them. | | |
