Course Overview:

Using the Internet students will explore the rudiments of wastewater treatment. The topics of this course include general issues regarding what is meant by the term water pollution, the steps needed to treat it and the math used. Along with reading assignments from the text, the course is enhanced with audio, up-to-date photographs, interactive exercises, and online links. Assessments: This course contains self-tests, lesson quizzes, and a final.

System Requirements:

Internet Access

• Broadband or high-speed internet access is strongly recommended. Broadband includes DSL, cable, and wireless connections.
• Dial-Up internet connections will result in a diminished online experience. Moodle pages may load slowly and viewing large audio and video files may not be possible.

• Virtually all Windows-Mac-Linux hardware configurations and processors are acceptable.

• Safari is not currently recommended as it cannot display certain Moodle editing menus for both students and instructors
