Outline:
- You will be able to explain the fundamentals of problem solving and identify skills areas for focus and development.
- You will be able to apply Steps 1-3 of the problems solving process.
- You will be able to apply Steps 4-6 of the problem solving process.
- You will be able to apply Steps 7 and 8 of the problem solving process and apply less traditional approaches where appropriate.
